Stan je u samom centru grada. U krugu od 100m se nalaze glavna ulica, crkva, policija, pošta, dom zdravlja, pijaca. Dodatno su tu nekoliko parkova, apoteka, kafića, pabova, restorana, brzih hrana, mega marketa. Sve što može da Vam zatreba u jednom gradu. Zgrada je stambena zbog čega mora da se poštuje kućni red.
Mi smo srećni kada su gosti zadovoljni. Zato nudimo dosta dodatnih opcija - društvene igre, knjige, brzi internet i televiziju sa preko 500 kanala. Svaka soba poseduje TV - ukupno 3. Postoji i video klub opcija sa preko 10000 filmova i serija za gledanje po izboru potpuno besplatno (HBO Max i slični servisi). Apartman poseduje PC računar u slučaju da Vam treba za rad ili igranje igrica (Fortnite, CS, LoL...). Uz doplatu, nudimo iznajmljivanje Playstation ili XBox konzole za igru, kao i boravak dece uz nadzor u obližnjoj PC/Sony igraonici (isto smo mi vlasnici).
Veliko Gardište je aktuelna turistička destinacija. Srebrno jezero je na 3km od apartmana. Postoji biciklistička staza. U krugu od 20km nalaze se još Golubačka i Ramska tvrđava kao i manastiri Nimnik i Tumane.
