Family business in our ownership for long period of time

Property information

Small building about 300 square meters in peacefull part of town, adapted in five different apartments, every one of those are equipted with kitchen and bathroom. Also you have secure parking lot in yard, enough for 7 cars to park. With every key of apartment you get the remote control for automatic gate that provide parking space for cars.

Neighbourhood information

Neighborhood is peacefull, 1000m from town center, properties beside our accomodation are family homes without havy industry.
