Experience the essence of historic Belgrade in a fully refurbished 110 m2 apartment. The rooms in the apartment are large, extremely bright, with large windows, and the apartment is four-sided oriented, so in every part of the day some part is illuminated by the sun, on a sunny day. The rooms feel spacious because the ceilings are 315 cm high. The apartment has a large living area that opens to a small balcony with lovely views of an old Belgrade street, terrace, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one toilet. The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen. There are mosquito nets on all windows and doors to keep out insects and mosquitoes. The bedrooms have blinds, and there's an electric-motorized blind from the bedroom that opens to a large terrace with views of the yard and trees. A 160 by 200 cm French bed and an American wardrobe are available in this room. The guest has access to extra blankets and pillows in each room. The second bedroom has two 90 by 200 cm solo beds, a wardrobe, and two windows that look out onto the courtyard. It is possible to join these two beds to create a smooth, 180 x 200 cm French bed that won't dent while you sleep. The finest materials and compositions go into making sleeping bed mattresses, which give guests a lovely and comfortable night's sleep. Each room has cable TV, and air conditioning (with an inverter) for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. The entire apartment is connected to a free, secure WiFi network, and Internet enhancers are installed to better distribute the WiFi signal throughout the space. There is quiet for sleeping because both bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment from the street and look out onto the courtyard. A bar table separates the open kitchen and dining area from the living room. The living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a club table, a pull-out 140 x 190 cm sofa, and an extra computer table.
The apartment can sleep up to 6 people, but it is best suited for 4-5 people because of the pull-out sofa in the living room.
Apartmet situated in the old district of Belgrade, the apartment is only 800 meters by foot from Republic Square, 600 meters from Knez Mihailova, 1.4 kilometers from Kalemegdan Park, 1.4 kilometers from Belgrade Waterfront, 1 km from Beton Hall, 500 meters from the Sava River, and 400 meters from Zeleni Venac, the neighborhood market. The apartment is located 18 km the Nikola Tesla Airport. There is an unrestricted public garage 200 meters from the apartment that can be used for hourly payment fee. On the ground floor of the building there is a rental for bicycles, which provides services in addition to renting bicycles and organizing cycling tours in Belgrade. The apartment is near to both public transportation and bike lanes.
