I'm Milos, 35years old, owner of brend PLEASURE LUX apartments. I love to travel and meet new people, cultures, eat good food, and going out with friends. I'm very clean, modern, and very responsible person. Apartment I've listed here has a great location, in quite area near Danube river and close to everything you need. I know quests may have special requests as well and I will do my best to accommodate them. I will give you best tips for sightseeing, popular local bars, restaurants, taverns, and best places and lounges in VIP areas in the most popular clubs and Belgrade's night life. So, if you choose my apartment you will surely not regret it! :) I'll be glad to meet you soon!

Property information

Apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and fashionably equipped. It contains: a large living room with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a bathroom with a tub, washing machine, etc.; as well as a separate toilet), a pantry and two balconies (the large one can be accessed from the living room and from the two bedrooms, whereas the smaller one can be approached from one bedroom). The apartment has a central heating. Led tw's, cable television, wifi internet in all room, clean towels and bed linen, all essentials The apartment is secured with a safety armored entrance door and the building itself with a code lock system, surveillance cameras, and a physical security. You have free parking around the building(where can find free space), and option to park in garage which is paid.

Neighbourhood information

Within the building block there are shops, a computer service, a hairdressing salon, a bakery, a tourist agency, a dentist’s. A large shopping mall, BIG FASHION is in front of building,just one minute by foot. Next to the building block there are city transport stops. In the immediate surroundings, there are stores, bakeries, butchers’, banks, post offices, playgrounds, taxi stops, etc. The city center is 5 minutes away if you are going by car, or ten minutes by city transport. . It is a newly built block which has been available for moving in since the beginning of 2016. The location provides a spotless panoramic view of a quiet surroundings on the location "Karaburma", next to the river Danube (200m away).
