SunnyFunnyHouse is complete like a HOTEL facility but displaced from city crowds. Only 6 km from the city center is a place with a greenery, fruits, lots of trees, peace and birds twitter. Only garden yards itself covers an area of 15a, 1.500 square meters ! A few meters from a property is a river Čemernica, great place for rest, fishing, hiking and long walking tours through the woods. Rocking chairs and swing are at disposal to the guests, for small and grown-up children. Also, a barbeque options is included, on demand. The whole facility is available as it for solo or couple travelers, but for groups of maximum 6 people. Strong Wi-Fi and 2 cable TV units are suitable for office in nature. Outdoor place is also suitable for team building, weddings, birthdays etc. Property features 2 bedrooms, one living room with WIDE flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Big outdoor terrace with a garden and mountain view. Private parking is available on the site. Kragujevac is 30 mi away, airport in Kraljevo 10 mi , Arandjelovac is 31 mi away, while main airport Nikola Tesla in Belgrade is around 1 hour driving away
