Our house is located on the hill,next to the forest,with beautiful view.Perfectly calm,clean,with no air,noise or other pollutions.We offer free horse riding - 2 bikes - jeep tour - hiking.By request paragliding.We prepare food produced at our farm.
We are three-generation family from small cosy village Lipovica located in Eastern Serbia near the old town Despotovac. We decided to show the beauties of our village and natural environment to the world, so some year ago we started to welcome first guests. We are happy to accommodate every guest and to make his stay comfort and full of memories. We are close to main highway E-75, only 40 km away and about 150km from Belgrade.
We are surrounded by natural and historical pears of Eastern Serbia, in circle of 30km such Monastery Manasija (XIV), Resava cave, Krupaja well, waterfall Lisine, waterfall Prskalo, mountain Beljanica, Homolje, Monastery Ravanica (XIV), Natural museum. Our guest can organize visits independently where is possible to go by car. We also organize complete excursions to all these places, by car, by jeep where is possible to come only by offroad. Nearby places you can visit by bike (we offer for free 6 - 3 for adults, 3 for kids) or by hiking. We marked all trails with modern signalisation as well covered by GPS maps. These marked trails you can use for hiking, riding bike, riding a horse (free of costs), also good for quads, motocross. Or all surrounding you can see from the sky as we organize paragliding too.
