Approx. 300 metres from the house is a child-friendly swimming area with diving platform and jetty. The house has a sauna shared with S03152, 20 metres away. 1 boat, shared with S03152, is moored in another lake. Many excursion destinations: Barnens Gård, Blomstergården and Laxens Hus. Little used road between the house and the lake.
