Charming new renovated house ( 2022) with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is located in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, and about 5 min driving to city center. and less than one minute walking to a public buss stop. A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV and for free. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. coffee machine is provided, coffee and tee for free. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one room with two single beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. in front of the house, free private parking space for three cars. A private car can be rented via GoMore.
