Welcome to a place called Strandlyckan. This is a cozy accommodation within walking distance of Sweden's longest sandy beach, only 450 m. The house is located in the charming area with summer cottages and houses and is suitable for a family or group of 6 people. Here it is homely and you are greeted by a warm feeling and lush garden. The kitchen area is open with a kitchen table and stove with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a single bed that is 90 cm wide and a bunk bed where the top bed is 75 cm wide and the bottom bed is 120 cm wide. In the living room there is also a single bed and a bunk bed with the same dimensions as the beds in the bedroom. The house has two toilets with sinks. On the ground floor you will find a cool living room with a spacious shower with underfloor heating. On the lower floor you will also find a washing machine and dryer. The house is located in Mellbystrand and also close to Skummelövstrand, which is also a popular seaside resort with a mile-long sandy beach. If you get tired of the sea, there is a swimming pool about 700 meters from your accommodation. There is also a kiosk with simple food by the pool. There is a fee for entry to the pool area. At the square in Skummelövstrand there is a small grocery store and cafes. Within easy reach with more shops, you can walk or drive to Mellbystrand. Why not take a trip to charming Halmstad. Another favorite place is the town of Laholm, which offers cobblestone streets and cozy shopping streets. There is a lot to do and see here. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
