Welcome to our newly built 30 sqm guest house, located in the heart of Åhus. Perfect for couples or small families, the space combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. The guest house features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with modern IKEA fittings, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, making it ideal for short or long stays. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children. The interior is light, clean, and functional, designed to make you feel at home. Step outside into a peaceful private garden with access to a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The location is unbeatable: Just a 3-minute walk to ICA, Systembolaget- alcohol store, Coop supermarkets, two bus stations, shopping street, many resturants and the scenic Åhus river. Only 1km to Åhus Golf , 2km to the beautiful Åhus Seaside beach, and 3km to the Åhus Äspet forest. Enjoy the charm of small-town Sweden with everything close by—shops, nature, and the sea. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, our guest house offers the perfect balance of comfort and location.
We are a warm and vibrant family with three lovely children, a loyal dog, a gentle cat, and two lively birds. Over the years, we have lived in several different countries, gaining rich life experiences and a diverse cultural perspective. Henric is passionate about long-distance running and orienteering, enjoying the challenge and the embrace of nature; Ting loves yoga and gardening, finding inner balance and joy in tranquility. We are cheerful, optimistic, and embrace life with enthusiasm every day. Both of us have a university-level education or higher and work in and around the beautiful town of Åhus, where we enjoy the peace and energy this place offers. This life fills us with the warmth of family and the beauty of living.
