In Tönnersa you will find some of Halland's most impressive sand dunes. Within the dunes are large shifting sand fields, which are now covered with pine forests. Both in Tönnersa and in the southern parts of the neighboring Gullbranna Reserve, a lush forest grows today that will impress you! Beautiful bathing can also be found at Mellbystrand, especially known for its 12 km long sandy beach. The more adventurous can take a full-day excursion to Halmstad or Båstad.
