The 54 sqm big house and its garden is located 200 metres from the baltic sea. From the terrace you will find a terrific view over te Baltic sea. The house was built in 1996, has shower, hot water and toilet. In the big bedroom you find a double-bed and in the small bedroom there is a two-story-bed: 200x80 (upper part) + 200x120 (below). It is possible to put an extra bed in the living-room that is equipped with dark curtains to avoid bright light in the morning. I expect you to leave the house well cleaned or in condition as upon arrival.
Welcome to our well equipped cottage. We have had the pleasure of welcoming guests in this house since 2007. Tok our experience, the view over the baltic sea is always well appreciated by our guests. You will find international television through the satellite (Astra and Hotbird). Please don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels. If you have any further questions, please contact us!
The houses in the area are build between 1910 and 2020. There are neighbouring houses on four sides but not towards the Baltic sea.
