Newly built detached house of 30m² plus 15m² sleeping loft. The house is centrally located within walking and cycling distance to Alingsås center and central station. Direct train to Gothenburg C takes approx. 27 minutes. Just behind the house there is a forest and an exercise track. The house: Hall, generous bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and sauna. Living room with well-equipped open-plan kitchen with wood-burning stove. Step up to sleeping loft with double bed. - The possibility of a parking space is available next door. - Small patio and barbecue.
I am an easy going person who is open minded, helpfull and tolerant. I always try to do the best I can regardless what I undertake. The possibility of communication is largely unlimited for me. Contact can be established via physical contact, various apps such as Whatsup, Messeger or via AirBnb's chat function
Quiet and safe area with minimal traffic and close to forests and nature. The accommodation is within walking distance to most things in the town. You can easily get to the central part of Alingsås or the nearest shop. By car, there is a largely unlimited opportunity to get around, even to bathing spots or other attractions in the immediate area.
