Welcome to this cozy spacious guesthouse of 60 square meters in the heart of beautiful Ljunghusen! Just outside the house, at your disposal, there is a spacious fenced patio (36 square meters) facing south with outdoor furniture. Private driveway for 2 cars. It accommodates 6 guests (2 double beds + 1 sofa bed). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and regular coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine and drying rack. Free and fast Wi-Fi. TV is available in the living room with both AppleTV and Chromecast connected. There is both central air conditioning in the guesthouse and radiators in every room for a pleasant indoor environment. Your pet is very welcome as well with an additional fee of 500 SEK per visit that can be paid upon arrival. The guesthouse is situated close to the beach (1000m), Annas bakery (1.3 km), ICA supermarket (1.1 km), Ljunghusens Golf Club (1.5 km), and tennis courts (600 m). There are plenty of nice restaurants near the guesthouse, both in Ljunghusen and in Höllviken or Skanör.
