It is located on a screened forest and nature plot. There is a large, partly covered terrace and a nice balcony. In the pool area there is a children's pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The hallway and pool area have heated tile floors. The living room on the second floor has a glass wall, so you can see the pool room from there. The house is tastefully decorated, in beautiful colors and with several good details. Borgholm and its many attractions is only 5 km away.
