Property information

Wonderful cottage with a high standard that is carefully and tastefully completely renovated in 2013 with many fine details left such as beams etc. The house has a fantastic location with panoramic views of the changing sea in Höviksnäs on eastern Tjörn. Here the whole family will thrive! Here you live in a quiet and child-friendly cottage area with walking distance to salty baths. The house is located on a lovely plot with both lawn for play and games as well as garden part and natural plot. You have a wonderful view of the Hakefjord and the fairway both from the plot and from almost all rooms. Sunny terrace where you can serve a good meal with a drink while admiring the breathtaking views. In the morning you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee on the sheltered patio at the front. Here it is easy to enjoy your holiday! The house is on two levels, where the entrance floor has an open floor plan with modern kitchen with dining area living area with sofa bed and exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with WC and a sunken bath and shower. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds suitable for children. There is also a TV room with chromecast and an extra WC. 850 to the nearest bathing place with rocks and jetty. Approximately 2800 m to the popular Låka bathing area, with sandy beach, cliffs, diving towers and toilets. Many sights and charming archipelago communities on Tjörn and Orust. Also take the opportunity to explore the fine hiking trails in the immediate area. Well-stocked grocery store in Myggenäs, 5.8 km. To small service shop and pizzeria, 3.2 km. Close to service and entertainment in Stenungsund with a large shopping center and to Skärhamn with the well-known Watercolor Museum with Nordic contemporary art. To the big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg about 55 km. Not allowed to charge electric car/hybrid car. Welcome to a cottage with a high standard and wonderful views!
