The house has a large and open living room on the second floor. From here you have a beautiful view of a hilly landscape. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bath. In just 10 minutes you can reach the Korsvirkesstaden Ystad. From here boats go to Bornholm and Poland. From Svarte (3 km) you can easily take the train to Malmö and Copenhagen. For the golfer there are dozens of courses within 30 minutes. For those who want to discover culture and history, there are many old castles in this part of Skåne. Some of them are open to the public. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
