Welcome to this fantastic accommodation for the whole family. Enjoy Branä's most beautiful view as your nearest neighbour. Nice cabin in the Swedish mountains of 43 sqm with 4+2 beds. On the lower floor there is a bedroom, kitchen with dishwasher, family room with TV, drying cabinet and shower/WC. In the loft there is a double bed. Bright and open living room with sofa group and TV (cable TV). The sofa is a sofa bed with room for 2 people. Modern and well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster and dishwasher. The accommodation has a bedroom with a bunk bed on the lower level. Attic stairs to sleeping loft with a double bed (no door in the loft). Sofa bed in the family room on the lower level. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with shower and WC. Possibility to also rent the neighboring house, Vargen 28A, and open up between the apartments, for even larger accommodation. Free Wi-Fi. Charging station for electric cars is available at the cottage. A grill is available at the cottage. 50-75 meters from the cabin there are outdoor grills and a hot tub. In summer, the nearest shop and restaurant are 150 meters away. SUP is easily rented at the swimming area below the mountain. A popular activity within close driving distance is to build a raft and take a ride on the Klarälven. There is a swimming area in Likenäs, behind the ICA store in a pond with fresh water from a stream. Another swimming area is down in Branäs, in the clear river (with a beach). The cottage owner also rents out Vargen 28A (wall-to-wall with a door in between), perfect if you are a large group. Cottage no. 54462 Welcome!

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
