105 sqm: 85 sqm main house+20 sqm guest house, 4 bedrooms for total of 7 persons. Perfect location for excursions in the archipelago and in Stockholm. Charming house, originally from 1909, on a beautiful island. 150 m to the boat to Stockholm, or further out in the archipelago. Nice garden (2 800 sqm) with trees, flowers, birdsong, big playhouse for the kids, flagpole. Furniture for outdoor meals. Skarpö, accessed by car, is very well known for its turn of the century wooden country houses.
