New, fully equipped guest house on Öckerö with outdoor place and BBQ. The guest house is next to our house in a villa area within walking or bike distance of various activities: 1 min to the playground 5 min to the supermarket (2 by bike) 9 min to pharmacy and care center (3 by bike) 13 min to the beach (3 by bike) 15 min to Hönö Klåva (bike) 15 min to the ferry dock going on the north islands (bike). As we want to be transparent with our guests, please note that the bathroom is not in the same building, yet it is door-to-door and private, and linen and towels are usually not provided. If needed, please request in advance.
I'm not a professional host, I am a person who loves to explore the world and I want to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay and be here for you with recommendations, tips, and anything else you might need during your stay!
The area is a typical villa area on the islands within walking distance of most of the things needed such as a playground (1min), supermarket (5 min), pharmacy and first aid center (9 min), beach (13 min). The bus station is only 2 minutes away (if it would be needed) but otherwise, everything is within walking distance (and even quicker by bike). There are several ferries going around. The main one from the mainland is 5 min distance by car (Hönöfärjan). The ferry going to the north islands is 9 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bike (Burö färjeläge). The ferry going to Kalvsund is 3 minutes by car or by bike (Öckerö färjeläge). To visit the wonderful place of Hönö Klåva with numerous restaurants by the sea, you need 15 minutes by bike or 9 minutes by car. Please notice that the times mentioned are according to maps tools. Good to know also that the ferries are for free :)
