We, your hosts, are Anna & Johan, who have been living in this fantastic area since 2012. Since then we have found lots of beautiful places to visit around the area and we can show you to the best spots on Värmdö. We live in a house next door to your property and will be available for check in and questions during your stay. We have rented our houses for many and we have really enjoyed meeting our wonderful guests from alla around the world! Welcome to book your stay with us!

Property information

Welcome to our Villa, Cabin and apartment in the beautiful Stockholm Archipelago! The best of two worlds - Close to Stockholm, only 30 min by bus or car as well as easy access out in the Archipelago with ferries from Stavsnäs Harbour only 12 min drive. This property includes two houses and one apartment. It means that when you choose a "room" you are actually choosing in which of the houses to stay. We have a larger VIlla that sleeps 4 people and a smaller house with a little more privacy that sleeps 2. The apartment that sleeps 2 guests has a separate entrance at the back of the main house where we live and its own outdoor deck with lake viaw. Beautiful garden and large outdoor wooden deck to spend relaxing time on. Close to a peaceful lake with beach and jetty (only 100 m walk). Bikes, fishing rods, Canoes and Stand Up paddle boards for rent. The house is available for booking all year around. Summer time is of course most popular, but the autumn and winter are also fantastic to visit the area. Welcome to us, your hosts Anna & Johan from Archipelago Holidays!

Neighbourhood information

Värmdö, the island where we are, is a municipality that includes the greater part of the Stockholm Archipelago. Thousands of islands are just a short trip away. On Värmdö there are also big forests to explore, great restaurants, beautiful beaches, two golf courses in just 10 min drive from our villa and one more about 25 min away. A visit by ferry to the island of Sandhamn is absolutely recommendable during your stay. Ferries from Stavsnäs harbour abouy 15 min away with bus or car take you out through the archipelago to the island that has restaurants, cafés and fantastic beaches. The art museum Artipelag is also well worth a visit. Interesting architecture, exciting art exhibitions and great restaurants. There are lots of things to do and experience in the area. Just let us know what you are interested in and we will help you find it.
