Welcome to this wonderful, climate neutral villa in Småland only 300m from the lake! With plenty of space for the whole family or groups. You can expect 245m2, a beautiful garden with a swing, barbecue, fireplace and toys. Also 1 boat, 3 bicycles and a fitness/dart room. This great and well-kept accommodation offers you 4 double rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, air conditioning, dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, gas grill and coal grill, and an open living and dining area. In addition, a wonderful furnished wooden terrace with awnings. Also 4 workdesks. Ground floor: A double bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, sauna, bathroom, garage, poker/fitness room, conservatory with cinema projector. First floor: three double bedrooms, bathroom, games/workroom. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable for a restful sleep. There are 4 desks and 2 27" PC screens, a children's area, and Equipment for small children and babies. Here you can have a climate-neutral holiday, have a clear conscience and contribute to environmental protection, because the villa generates excess electricity and heat through your presence, which supports the system. The interior is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen complete. Here you are surrounded by beautiful nature, lakes and great destinations. 10min to Växjö, 20min smålandairport, 2-3h CPH/GOT Airport
There are good fishing opportunities for pike, zander and perch in the lake. Zander dominates. Wonderful bathing place with sandy beach, barbecue area and huge oak tree. We often use the house ourselves, please take good care of things and furniture as if they were your own.. A rowing boat is included. Canoe rental, small supermarket in the village. City about 10-15min. The village of Åryd is beautifully situated between lakes and forests with great walking paths and blueberry fields in the forest. There is a big old watermill, great sunsets on the water, a fishway (see pic) etc. There is a lot to see and experience in the area, feel free to take a look at my travel guide. About 100 lakes within a radius of 50 km. The old mill. Many bathing beaches. The small fairytale castle Teleborg Slott situated on a hill at Lake Växjö. The castle ruins at Helgasee. glassworks. zip line. Safari park, moose park. archipelago tours The island of Oland.
