Welcome to this classic red cottage with white trims, located in a peaceful summerhouse area. Less than 100 meters to the lovely Härsjön lake with a swimming area. The cottage features an inviting open floor plan with two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. A large soapstone fireplace and a cozy enclosed patio add to the charm. Outside, there is a spacious deck with sunshine all day and a view of the lake. A lawn is available for relaxation or play. In the adjacent building, you'll find a laundry room with a shower and sauna. Only about a 40-minute drive from Gothenburg by car or bus. Approximately a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. The surrounding area offers numerous lakes with swimming spots and fishing opportunities. For hiking, the beautiful 40 km-long Hyssnaleden trail is nearby. You’ll also find an ICA grocery store, a gas station, and "Blommigt & Prickigt" (a café offering flowers, clothes, and home décor) just a few minutes away by car or bike.
