A newly built cottage on our farm, housing two small appartments with separate entrances. The view over the Big Lake and Östersund is stunning. There are horses on the farm, please contact your host if you are interrested in spending time with them, or go for a ride. There is only one room, housing one bunk bed with 120 cm and 90 cm beds. There is also a bed sofa, 140 cm. You can sleep maximum 4 persons in this room, but that is only recommended for a short stay, the room is only 22 sqm Bed linens / towels can be rented for 50 SEK / set, then we will make your beds for you. Cleaning fee 100 SEK, if you don't want to clean before you leave. Pets are allowed for an extra fee - 40 SEK/day The cottage consists of two appartments. Your appartment is the LEFT door. The check in is easy, the door will be open and keys are found inside. In the wintertime the road to the house is sometimes snowy and going uphills and we recommend good winter tyres or AWD car. The inner walls are quite thin and you might hear sounds from the other appartment.

The farm is situated in a calm and rural environment but still just 5 minutes drive to Östersund. Please note that there are no stores on walking distance.
