Just aprox 500 meters from the beach you will find this peaceful place for vacation home - in an old farm in Falkenberg, Ringsegård (Svärmarevägen 31), which reaches up to the sea. Here we have 2 houses and a stable. One house is lived in and this 60 m2 old house is rented out here. House has low ceilings just 190-200 cm, 1 bedroom with 180cm wide bed, living room with a corner sofa and two additional 80-90cm beds, large kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a dryer. In the back of the house is terrace with seating places and a forest. Sandy beach ~500m walk from the house (shallow, only sand. And as unique place in Sweden, cars come to the beach sand as well, unload their chairs and children toys and enjoy summer). More soft sand beach with dunes is located in Famous Skrea Beach - approx. 2,5 km. ICA Strand grocery store ~ 2,5 km. Falkenberg city center ~ 4 km. Holmen island ~ 1,5km - walkable island to amuse your kids' with crabs fishing or swim from the pier . !!!! IMPORTANT ! PLASE NOTE !!!!! : - BED LINEN and TOWELS SADLY ARE NOT provided. (but if you can not bring your own, please contact us in advance and make a request, and we will see if we can accommodate bed linen for the requested time period, with extra charges) - On departure, self cleaning is expected, please (or you will need to pay cleaning fee of 900 SEK). - In other side of this house is a summer room with separate entry, what is also rented out, and also a bathroom used by other guests staying in the farm territory. If you have bigger family, please let me know - we have also option to use a corner sofa or add folding beds , or also we can offer a small summer-house with 2 beds located near the main house. I am in love with this old Swedish farm. As so do many friends who have been here with us, they always come back. And many international friendships have been born here. It is an old farm, needing a lot of work, and therefore you are very much appreciated to come to spend your vacation here - your contribution helps to keep this old unique place alive. Farm is reaching up to the beach which is ~500m away. Direct walkable access to the beach or with a car. There are many houses nearby, but our area is quiet and full of nature. Birds sing all day long, occasionally rabbits run to the yard. Behind the house you will have your private forest corner to enjoy your vacation. There is a horse stable with pastures on our farm. !!! PLEASE NOTE !!! We welcome you also with your pet! But outside house dogs must be held on a leash and sadly can not run around freely, as we have horses on the farm and children riding them. Dogs must not scare or cause damage to them and also your dogs must be held safe not to get damaged themselves! Thank you for understanding and acting responsibly.
