Charming house of approximately 75 square meters. The house is cozy with modern interior design, separate bedroom and living room with a sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Fridge and small freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc. TV with the free channels in the terrestrial network and WiFi (fibre). A bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, convertible sofa in the living room, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Furnished patio with dining area. The house has AC for heating and cooling. Terrace with evening sun, hot tub (jacuzzi) and wood-fired sauna. During summertime it´s rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Final cleaning is included in the rent. Sheets and towels is brought by the tenant, or can be rented. During spring and autumn, it is possible to rent the house for shorter periods. The house shares the entrance, parking and lot with another house but has a private terrace. The landlord lives in the main building, and does not stay when the house is rented out.

Close to hiking trails, the cozy medieval town of Söderköping Söderköping, restaurants and golf course. 3 km to swimming area & sandy beach. 9 km to Söderköping 9 km to Stegeborgs ruin castle, restaurant and icecream-store 2 miles to Söderköping Golf Club 2.5 miles to Norrköping 6 miles to Kolmården Zoo 13 miles to Astrid Lindgren's world Rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday.
