Sjöviksvilla offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with everything you need for easy cooking and comfort. The villa is equipped with plates, a frying pan, a pot, and equipment for brewing coffee. Bed linens, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, and indoor slippers are included for your convenience. The house is located near the lake, with a stunning view of the water visible through the garden. Location: Only a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. 10 km to the travel center and train station. Heating: Centralized environmental climate control for a comfortable indoor temperature. The villa consists of: A large living room with a Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen. A wardrobe in the hallway. A spacious bathroom. A bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and Smart TV. A loft with a single bed. Private parking and WiFi. The villa has large windows offering a beautiful view of the garden and lake. There is also a long walking path along the road in the area. Note: Light cleaning is required before check-out. Upon check-in, please contact me to receive the door code. Welcome back!
