This spacious rental unit offers an ideal blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of Edsviken, a very quiet and child friendly villa district, a 15 minutes drive from Stockholm City Center. Nestled at the end of a quiet, no-through road, the property features a private entrance within a charming villa and is just a 3-minute walk from two public swimming areas. Stockholm City Center can be reached by train in also 15 minutes. The train station is named Sollentuna Station and can be reached after a 5min walk to the nearest bus stop. The bus will also take 5min to the station. The home boasts an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it perfect for socializing and family gatherings. The space extends outdoors to a beautiful terrace, partially covered for year-round enjoyment. With a standard of 3 generous bedrooms, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. One of the bathrooms features a steam shower for relaxation, and the other is equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub, providing a spa-like experience. For big family gatherings (8 to 10 guests) we would open the top floor with an extra 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This rental is a perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and proximity to nature.
