Welcome to Korpåkroken 6 (nr 28) Stay in our own cosy traditional one bedroom appartment right in the center of the wilderness village of Borgafjäll. Wake up relaxed for adventorous days in the pure nature, having slept well supported by good quality Swedish Beds 'Hästens Säng' Have a cup of tea or coffee, made in The kitchenette with schiffer stone from Borgafjäll. The floor is a bit cool, so you have your warmies on your feet, or a nice blanket sitting on the couch or dinibg table. Although there is Floor heating in the entrance, kitchenette and bathroom, not made yet in the rest. Get ready for a magic day as you have your breakfast, on your choice all prepaired by yourself. Will it be inside, or outside? Book, gym, hike, skis, snowmobile, fishing? You choose ✅. We have kept some original interials, mixing retro style, with local Swedish style with hand made carpets made by my mum. All to get the best feeling of being in a mountain cottage, but yet walking distance to it all. There is a guest book :) so please write your feelings or experience, weather or do we need to add something, that is on your wish list?
We are a swedish couple loving adventure and snow sports, kayak, being artists. We live in Köpmanholmen outside Örnsköldsvik in the high coast of Sweden. On top of this we are ski teachers and just contact us if you need a ski improvement lesson when in Borga, we might come up to help you out. Or if you need any tips of hiking, snow mobiling or where to eat! Borgafjäll with its region is well known for hiking and ski touring, driving snow mobile and alpine skiing. It has a spectacular scenery, and is suitable both for families, young people, elderly and fine dining romantic couples. There are maps and guide books at the local supermarket ICA The skiing is easy, there are two ski lifts, easy to park in both of them, both with ski rentals and ski pass shop, of course manned with excellent service among the staff.
