Rent out part of my two-storey apartment of 112 sqm with a villa feel. I will be in the apartment and have my own room and my own toilet on the ground floor. The common area we will share is the kitchen. You have your own entrance to the home, your own living room, your own bathroom and your own floor. The home is newly built from 2022. You have access to 4 rooms. There are beds for 6 people. The property has a garden and is located near a newly built jetty with diving tower. The bus is 5 minutes away and takes 10 minutes to get to Hyllie. And 20 min from Hyllie to Denmark.
I am a social and happy woman of 40 years. I speak Swedish, English and Polish. I work with social work. I will stay in one room on the fist floor and we will share kitchen. I work different hours- shift. So you won’t stay here by your self.
Bus number 6 is 5 minutes away from the residence. The bus goes to Malmö arena/Hyllie/Malmö C directly, without changing. no parking includes.
