A dream house for those interested in fishing, as the area offers good fishing opportunities. The house is also close to well-known fishing waters such as Kvitsleströmmerne and Dammån. There is a lot to experience near the cottage. In Arvesund there is a museum, a harbor café and the S/S Östersund. It is close to Bydalen and Höglekardalen with the possibility of mountain hiking and hiking. Most places like Hallen, Åre and Östersund etc. are within easy reach for excursions.
