You should not have high expectations for accommodation. If you expect luxury, book another hotel. It is very simple accommodation without a dishwasher. There is a basic outdoor patio. Cleaning and bed linens are NOT included. It is self-catering, so bring everything you need. When going in and out between the patio and the living room, the floor gets dirty—bring slippers. When you leave on the departure date, unfortunately, you must clean the house yourself. There are some cleaning supplies in the closet in the master bedroom. There are two double beds and one extra bed, accommodating a total of 5 people.
The house is located next to the forest on the outskirts of the village of Vallvik. There is a pulp mill in the area, but it is not visible from the house. There is an outdoor patio in a secluded location with no overlooking neighbors, but it is very basic. If you expect luxury, choose something else. There are neighbors next to the house, but not much overlooking. It is about 300 meters to the sea. There is a small harbor and a bit further away, a campsite by the sea where you can buy ice cream and snacks. The mess hall, the restaurant at the mill, is open for lunch. It is a 20-minute drive to Axmarby restaurant and about 20 minutes by car to Söderhamn.
