The fine print
During Friday–Sunday, the hotel has pre-booked spa slots in the spa area, and guests are assigned an afternoon time to guarantee a place in the spa.
The spa is open from Friday to Sunday from 13:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 17:00, from 17:00 to 19:00, from 19:00 to 21:00 and on Friday and Saturday from 21:00 to 23:00. Children aged 0–12 years can only use the spa from 15:00 to 17:00 on Thursdays, 08:00 to 09:30 and 15:00 to 17:00 on Fridays and 08:00 to 09:30 on Saturdays.
Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability.
This is a cash-free hotel.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
