Welcome to your private retreat by the lake. Here, you'll enjoy an entire peninsula all to yourselves – with spacious grounds surrounding the house, your own private dock and sandy beach, as well as several cozy outdoor seating areas.
2016 Jon and I left Gothenburg's city life for a more peaceful life with the lake as our closest neighbor. We live here with our kids Dylan and Bonnie. For 1,5 years we lived in the guesthouse without running water while we built Villa Häcken. You can see our building adventure at Swedish television, SVT play, Husdrömmar or at IG @fam.nirs
Nestled in the heart of nature, this area offers peace, privacy, and breathtaking surroundings. Surrounded by forest and lake, this is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Whether you want to take a morning swim, enjoy long walks in the woods, or simply sit by the water with a good book, This area delivers tranquility in its purest form – just a short drive from Lerum and about 35 minutes from Gothenburg.
