Welcome to our cozy guesthouse and to Sjöängen, Trångsund and Stockholm! Sjöängen is a quiet and pleasant area by the lake Drevviken. Central Stockholm can be reached by car in 15 minutes, commuter train to Stockholm City takes about 20 minutes. Here nature is close, several nice bathing places at about 5 minutes walking distance. The larger of them offers a football field, beach volleyball court, outdoor gym and swimming from both beach and jetty. When winter weather permits, an ice rink is ploughed around large parts of the lake. The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and living room with an open floor plan, which provides a large area for socializing. In the house there is also a large hall and a laundry room. There is parking space for two cars, one of the spaces is in the carport. Coffee/tea is available for short stays. There is also a basic selection of spices, oil and vinegar to make cooking easier. During the summer season, there are picnic blankets, beach towels and camping chairs to borrow to take to the beach. The house is located on the same plot as our villa so we as hosts are close at hand if you need tips about the area or if you are missing something in the house. The house is only rented out to guests and is not used as a private residence.

We love to travel and to meet with new people. We now rent out our guest house south of Stockholm so you can stay in a typical Swedish residental area, close to lake Drevviken and the nature. Enjoy the Stockholm pulse during day time and enjoy the relaxed residential area during evenings and night (or vice versa). Sjöängen is a quiet residential area located by Lake Drevviken. The area offers proximity to both the city and nature. In the area there are several bathing areas with the possibility of swimming from both the beach and the jetty. At the larger swimming area there is an outdoor gym, playground, beach volleyball court and football field. The area is also home to the Trångsund nature reserve. The villa area is much appreciated for peace and quiet while being close to Stockholm's city pulse.
