The West wing at Långnäs Manor once served as accommodation for guests of SKF’s mining office, which was housed at Långnäs Manor. In modern times, the West wing has been used primarily as a residential apartment. Since August 2025, short-term rentals are once again offered in the West wing. Långnäs Manor is located by the lake Stor-Gösken, approximately 200 meters from the first tee of Hofors Golf Club and Hofors Padel. Hofors and its surroundings offer many opportunities for sports and sightseeing. On the ground floor of the West wing, a spacious room is currently offered containing a double bed (180 x 200 cm; can also be offered as two single beds), a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a smart TV, a wardrobe, a desk with armchair, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, and tea/instant coffee. Adjacent to the room (in the wing's entrance hall) is a newly renovated bathroom with shower, which is used exclusively by the guests of the West wing. Other parts of the building are closed off. Vehicles can be parked in our parking lot adjacent to the manor (a minute's walk to the West wing). Guests are also welcome to use our garden.
