Apartments Suhorje are located in a peaceful village of Suhorje, a small agricultural village above Vremska valley, at 516 meters above sea level, with only 66 inhabitants, in one of the most famous regions in Slovenia, called Brkini. Houses and farms are mostly stone-built in the Karst style, at night the stars and constellations in the sky are very visible.
Our apartments are a family business since june 2018. We started Suhorje Apartments in order to offer people the opportunity to get in touch with nature, to enjoy life in a small farm village for a short while. So when they would go for a walk, they'd see cows, sheeps, goats, so that guests could walk barefoot on the meadow in front of the house and they would lay in hammocks in the evening and watch all the stars in the sky that they can't see in a big city.
Our guests enjoy a walk around the village and the unpaved path that goes through the forest to the neighboring village. They walk till the river under our village, they go visit castles, museums and caves that are near us or the go to the coast.
