We, Eduard Stamsnijder and Jana Dolenc, Dutch-Slovene couple, develop and rent real estate to tourist in the Soca-Valley. We are also licensed real estate agent.

Property information

The soca-penthouse is a very nice place to stay. The interior, materials, lay-out and quality of furniture gives it a special cachet. We really tried to design an interior which is classic, nice, warm and stylish. The very large, partly covered terrace with views on the Soca- and Idrijca river are special. Bars, restaurants, shops and the lake are all on a minute walk away.

Neighbourhood information

The Soca Valley belongs to the best outdoor area's in Europe. It has excellent conditions for fly fishing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding and also swimming in the many crystal-clear rivers. Day trips are possible to Ljubljana, caves from Postojna, the horses in Lipica, city' s like Triest, Cividale, Nova Gorica, Venice and so on.
