The apartment is located 350 meters from the sea in Lucija. Lucija offers several beaches. The central beach of Portorož is located 500 meters from the apartment, a well-maintained walking path leads to one of the most beautiful seaside places. You can go to the beach or one of the many bars/restaurants by walk or by bike. Portorož comes to life when it gets dark, the music and laughter of visitors can be heard from the terraces, then Portorož shines in all its Mediterranean beauty. Lucija has a beautiful hinterland, by car you can explore the river Dragonja and authentic Istrian villages (Padna, Koštabona, Baredi and Marezige wine routes), and cyclists will be taken by the Parenzana cycling route along the route Parenzana. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a terraced house, with a completely separate entrance and measures 33 m2. It is best suited for families or couples. The apartment is air-conditioned, without a terrace, in front of the apartment there is a small table with chairs where you can sit in the evening. In winter, the apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
