Welcome to Basilica Apartment – a brand new, stylishly furnished apartment located just steps away from the iconic Franciscan Church and the historic Freedom Square in the heart of Maribor. The apartment is designed in a modern minimalist style, featuring high ceilings typical of old town architecture, a cozy mezzanine bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What makes this property truly special is its unique blend of old and new – while the apartment itself is completely renovated and modern, it is situated in a historic residential building. Please note that the staircase and common areas of the building (including the shared balconies and entrance) are not renovated and reflect the character of an older urban property. These do not affect the comfort or quality of your private stay. You will be staying just outside the pedestrian-only zone, meaning the apartment is still accessible by car and includes free private parking, a rarity in the city center.
