This is a treasured 19th century (1801) stone house. Beautifully restored over the last 7 years, carefully retaining as much as the character as was possible. Our large house for up to 14 persons has 3 floors. It's situated 3km from Tolmin, in a village called Volče, where you can walk to the beautiful Soča River, and enjoy the nature and outdoor activities. There is a supermarket in less than 5 minutes walk. 7 bedrooms with 14 beds 4 bathrooms Lounging area with log burner No smoking

A beautiful stone house from the 19th century (1801), built in the village of Volče on the outskirts of the festival town of Tolmin (2.5 km to Tolmin). You can walk to the beach on the banks of the Soča River in 15 minutes (1.2 km). The house enables a joint vacation for several families or a group of friends or colleagues (teambuilding), it is located in the center of Posočje, ideal for summer and outdoor water activities and for festivals, 45 minutes drive to Cerkno ski resort and Bovec-Kanin. The surroundings are beautiful, mountains and the crystal clear turquoise river Soča (rafting, kayaking)..Half an hour drive away is the river Nadiža, the bathing place near Robič and waterfall Kozjak near Kobarid and Drežnica. There is a small supermarket 100 m away and a family farm shop nearby that sells homemade salami and local cheeses - 1km. The house is located on the main road through the village and during peak and festival periods there is more traffic and more potential for noise. Bus, taxi
