A quiet Karst village, on the outskirts of the Karst Plateau, overlooking the Bay of Trieste. Only a few kilometers (15 minutes) away from the everyday hustle and bustle. A place where you take refuge from the fast pace of life and find peace again. A starting point with many hiking trails and a point for visiting many landmarks in Slovenia and Italy. The village is accessible from several sides: Most common: Šempeter pri Gorica - Miren - Opatje selo - Sela na Krasu Sežana - Komen - Kostanjevica na Karst - Sela na Krasu Gorizia - Vrtojba - Miren - Opatje selo _ Kostanjevica na Krasu Shortest and fastest (but steep and narrow local road): Jamlje/Jamiano - Brestovica - Sela na Krasu Gorjansko - Brestovica - Sela na Krasu Komen - Vojščica - Sela na Krasu
