Liveza House is located on the top of the beautiful hills in the north-eastern part of Slovenia, just 15 minutes away from Jeruzalem, Slovenija. This area is well-known for its grape-picking and wine tasting. Also, it's the perfect spot to breathe freely and find some time for yourself and your family. On 2090 sqr meter of land, so you have plenty of privacy. —85 square meters of indoor living space — 2 bedrooms — 1 bathroom — Infra-Red Sauna (surcharge) — Washing machine — Tumble Dryers (surcharge) — separate living room with TV’s, couches, chairs — 4 Bikes — The whole house has WiFi throughout—Wireless internet ( for free ) Please note, that you need to pay a city tax of EUR 1.50 per night per person upon your arrival. Children under 7 years of age are exempted from paying tourist tax. Children aged between 7 and 18 years pay 50% of the tourist tax. “A mandatory law requires every guest has to present valid government ID upon check-in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment.”
The village is located in a beautiful rural area surrounded by hills and wine yards. You can bike on various well-arranged trails like The Friendly Cycling Trail, Wine Route Cycling Trail and The Drava Cycling Trail. You can also go for a hike to a Sredisce Natura Park or Jeruzalem. Also, you can drive to our biggest cities, Ljubljana which is 1.5 hours away, Maribor which is 50 minutes away and Ptuj which is 40 minutes away.
