Property information

Olea Mar apartment is situated in a small village Sveti Anton with only 8 km of distance from the city Koper. It is a spacious accommodation with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is suitable for a couple, 2 adults or a family (2 adults + 1 child). The great advantage of the accomodation is a spacious terrace on the entrance of the apartment where you can seat and listen to birds singing, read a book, meditate or just admire green nature in the garden. We are located in a quiet location, surrounded by olive trees, wineyards, orchards, away from the hustle of the city. It is an excellent starting point for an active or relaxing and calm vacation, when you just want to recharge your batteries. You can experience something new every day, with the possibility of: - recreational exploration of the Slovenian coast and hinterland (by bike, motorbike, hiking and walking trails) - visiting cultural and historical sights of major coastal cities (Koper center 8 km, Izola center 15 km, Piran center 22 km) - swimming at the nearest well-maintained beach, 10 minutes away - culinary indulgences for all lovers and researchers of Istrian cuisine, wine, and olive oil - visit the famous wine fountain with a unique panoramic view of the sea, 5 min - enjoying an excellent espresso in the main square of Trieste (Italy) in 25 minutes -and much more...

Welcome to hinterlands of Koper, Slovenian Istria. We are located in a small village of Sveti Anton (St.Anton), 8 km from city center. Approx. 2 km from accomodation there are two basic local grocery shops, an ATM, a post office, a butcher, an inn and a pizzeria and soon also the pharmacy.
