This almost 160-year-old house stands in the shelter of pristine nature, surrounded by numerous meadows and forests. It is located in the municipality of Lovrenc na Pohorju in Ruta, near the Drava River and the Radoljna stream.
Ruta is a hill with an altitude of 600 meters, classified as a climatic health resort primarily due to its natural environment and numerous forests.
