Welcome to Villa Vitovlje – a luxurious haven of peace, comfort and elegance, spread over 320 m² of living space. The villa is located in the middle of nature and offers complete privacy, breathtaking views and carefree comfort for up to 6 people. On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living room that opens onto a beautiful 30 m² terrace with a view of the surrounding vineyards and greenery. The elegant interior is connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen – ideal for preparing unforgettable meals. On this floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two separate beds (2x90x200 cm) that can be joined together. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the comfort of this level. On the lower floor, indulge in pampering in the IR sauna for 4 people or have fun at the billiard table and table football. There is also an additional shower cabin and toilet. The villa's special feature is its beautiful wine cellar, where you can enjoy selected wines from local winemakers. A two-car garage provides secure and discreet parking. There is also an outdoor heated pool with sun loungers, a perfect green area for relaxation and free Wi-Fi.
