Property information

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet environment under the High Tatras, in the village of Veľká Lomnica in the newly built Malé Lipy resort. It offers accommodation for 4 people, in the attic of the apartment building. Our guests have one bedroom with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and a desk. In the living room there is a sofa that can be folded into an extra bed for 2 people and a northwest-facing balcony with seating and a view of the panorama of the Low and High Tatras. There is also dining seating for 4 people. The living room offers a premium HiFi speaker and a large Flat TV 4K (55 inches) with NETFLIX subscription. A free high-speed optic WIFI connection is a matter of course. The equipment of the bathroom connected to the toilet also includes a shower, sink and hairdryer. There is also a clothes dryer, an iron, an ironing board and a folding baby cot. Small breed animals are welcome with us, for a fee of 25 EUR/stay ( after agreement with the accommodation provider ) The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator with a freezer, a convection oven and a microwave oven. Kitchen appliances are also available: capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker + washing machine and dishwasher. A garage with a private parking space.

Cactus Cozy Apartment is located in the lower building in the Malé Lipy Apartments complex. The complex offers our guests sitting in the garden with children's swings. Apartment is located in Veľká Lomnica village just few kilometers from High Tatras mountain. Veľká Lomnica is famous for the premium Golf Resort called Black Stork located in the village. The village offers several restaurants such as Goralský Dvor, Pizza Orchidea, Koliba u Zbojníka. All facilities are available just within the distance of 2 kilometers, such as Grocery shops, Pharmacy, Post office. Also ATM machine is available in the village.
