Property information

New cozy 1 bedroom apartment in heart of Ružinov. Suitable for both family and work. There is 1 double bed in bedroom and 1 sofa bed for two in the living room. Spacious kitchen will satisfy your requirements for preparing a breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea. Wifi connection is available and TV is directly connected to wifi with Netflix, there is a washing machine with iron facilities and basic drug and hygienic items, including bed linen. Parking is possible in the garage for a fee 1 euro per hour.

Neighbourhood information

Perla Ružinova is new building with underground parking (fees may be applied). Fitness, Tesco, Sushi bar, restaurant, bank and pharmacy are nearby. Good location with connection directly to city center and also to another part of Ružinov - Cultus Ružinov and PanEuropean Uni.
