Non-smoking, quiet and spacious studio apartments with great views of the Bratislava castle and the surrounding area. The apartments are located in the Slavin district, 10 min away from the city center by car (30 min on foot). Apartment 1 has an area of 51 m2, and Apartment 2 has an area of 43 m2. Both are fully furnished and heated by central heating. Each apartment features a vestibule, an entrance hall with access to the bedroom/living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. They are equipped with air conditioning units (with heating capabilities), 4K TVs with many channels and unlimited 5G fiber internet. Each apartment is furnished with a queen bed (mattress size is 160x200cm), a two-seater sofa, an office table and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Apartment 1 includes a parking space in a shared double garage, right behind the main gate next to the apartment. Apartment 2 offers a dedicated parking space behind the main gate right in front of the apartment. For added security, the shared parking garage and front yard are equipped with a security camera. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved by us in writing. The apartments are self check-in, keys can be picked up from a lockbox any time between 15:00 and midnight. Self check-in instructions written in English/Slovak are sent to the guest via Booking chat shortly after a reservation is made.

Located in the lucrative Slavin district which houses most of the foreign embassies in Slovakia as well as many upscale residencies, our apartments are also relatively close to the Bratislava castle which can be viewed from the windows of each apartment. Trolley bus stop (lines 44 and 47) with 10 minute routes to Bratislava city center is located 200 meters from the apartments. The nearest grocery store (Yeme) is located 900 meters from the apartments. The nearest supermarket (Kaufland) is located 2.4 kilometers from the apartments.
