The apartment has a magnificent view of the whole city. On the right side there is a lake with walking, on the left side a park with a playground for children and tennis courts. On foot you are in about 20 min in the city centre, or you can use many ways of transport to the city centre. Directly in the complex there is a grocery store, restaurant, dry cleaning + ironing, sushi restaurant and a network of small shops. Apartman ma nadherný výhľad z výšky na celé mesto. Z pravej strany je jazero s možnosťou prechádzky, z ľavej strany park s ihriskom pre deti a tenisovými dvorcami. Pešou porechádzkou ste za cca 20 min v centre mesta, rípadne využijete množstvo spôsobov dopravy do centra. Priamo v areály sa nachádza predajna potravín, reštaurácia, čistiareň odevov + žehlenie, sushi restaurant a sieť malých obchodov.

It is one of the best situated places in Bratislava both in terms of accessibility and the feeling of "green" Bratislava. Excellent connection with the city centre is a matter of course.
